Hiram is an entrepreneur, angel investor and Chief Strategy Officer of TFI Digital Media. TFI won the Deloitte ‘Fast20’ award in 2017 as one of the 20 fastest growing company in Hong Kong. As an angel investor, Hiram has co-invested in startups in China, Europe and Israel alongside strategic investors including Peter Thiel, Porsche, Daimler and Slack.
Hiram is the principal of a consulting business in Hong Kong that advises high net worth families and VC funds in Asia with their technology investments. Hiram serves as an advisor to Queuehop, a New York based startup backed by Y-Combinator that recently closed a $2m funding round. He has also served as a consultant to a number of startups founded by INSEAD alumni in Asia.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Hiram has been an investment banker for 15 years, mostly with J.P. Morgan in Asia, where he led many cross border M&As and listings of international companies such as MGM China and AIA on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Hiram graduated with an MBA from INSEAD in 2006, and a BSc Economics degree from LSE. He has worked globally in London, San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
